Jennifer has an excellent knowledge base of the North End, Seaport and Leather District. She was always reachable and incredibly accommodating with showings. I have completed real estate transactions with agents in Chicago, London, Boston and southern France, so I think have some credibility in saying that Jennifer is world-class. She was super responsive and very knowledgeable; she was never a second late for a showing. Best of all, she was a problem solver. The seller, not located in Boston, was the trustee of a deceased owner; the buyer (me) was new to the Boston market. All sorts of issues and problems came up, as they do in these matters — for example, a problem discovered a few days before closing. Jennifer solved every problem that came her way, and she did so with amazing calm. Some people question whether real estate agents can be called “professional”. Jennifer Taves is a true professional.
