Jennifer Taves

Back in 1993, Jennifer Taves was shopping for her first home in Boston and fell in love with Boston real estate. She began working for a small brokerage firm and immediately found her calling. Taves quickly became a top selling agent and has worked as an agent in Greater Boston and the surrounding cities and communities for 30 years.

Her business success stems from her operating under 3 guiding principles: Enthusiasm, Integrity, and Results. Her enthusiasm for the business is apparent when you meet her – she loves what she does, and she truly enjoys working with people. Her work ethic and integrity are among the highest in the industry – and over the yrs. she has become a trusted advisor to her clients.

This work ethic and drive has led to a number of repeat and referral clients. She has handled all the real estate needs for many of her clients and their families …and assists in their purchases of city condos to larger city homes to the suburbs and back again.

Taves had the opportunity to live and work in the Metro west area for 12 years, where she gained a deep knowledge of the real estate landscape, the public-school systems, and respective town services. This knowledge has allowed her to assist her clients moving from the city to the suburbs and vice versa. Jennifer has successfully transacted in the communities of Lexington, Concord, Winchester, Sudbury, Needham, Newton, Wellesley, Weston, Southborough, Hingham, Norwell, West Bridgewater, Littleton, Melrose, Malden, Medford, Everett, Somerville, Cambridge, Brookline, and beyond….and all the city neighborhoods including but not limited to: Charlestown, Waterfront, North End, Beacon Hill, Back Bay, South End, South Boston, Brighton, Dorchester, Roslindale, West Roxbury, East Boston, The Leather District and The Financial District.

She has also gained many colleagues in the business, enabling her to assist clients with everything from financing to staging to renovation. She aims to make the real estate process seamless and easy for her clients, whether they're first-time or experienced buyers or sellers.

With each home Taves sells, she builds a relationship with her clients, who are her biggest inspiration. She guides her clients by providing concrete market data and shares her experience to help them make the best decision for themselves.  She works hard to provide them with personalized, one-on-one experiences. Whether the transaction is worth $400,000 or $10 million, Taves commits fully to her clients and is willing to go the extra mile to help them achieve their real estate goals.

She fueled $20+ million in sales in 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Taves is in the Top 2% of all Coldwell Banker agents worldwide and listed among the 100 most influential agents in Massachusetts. She appeared on Boston Agent Magazine's 2018, 2021, 2022 and 2023 list of Top Producers and was also featured in Who's Who in Boston Real Estate.

Taves holds a BS from the University of NH and a MS from Bentley University.
